By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 777ze platform available at 777ze.pro (hereinafter referred to as "777ze", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777ze platform. Continued use of any feature, service, or content on 777ze constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms as they exist at the time of use.

To register and maintain an account on 777ze, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777ze operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777ze is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any 777ze employee or associated business partner.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the 777ze platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan. 777ze reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of this information. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777ze account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify 777ze immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777ze will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your sole responsibility. 777ze is not obligated to reverse any transactions that occurred prior to you reporting unauthorised access, provided that 777ze did not contribute to such access through its own negligence.

All financial transactions on 777ze are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether, ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 777ze wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. 777ze does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals and any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 require submission of valid KYC documentation. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to two (2) business days.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a method that has been verified and approved by the 777ze compliance team.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• 777ze reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these terms.
• In the event of suspected fraud, 777ze may freeze account funds pending investigation. The outcome of such investigations is at the sole discretion of 777ze's compliance team.

777ze offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 777ze promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically permitted by a promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, coordinating with other players, or using prohibited betting patterns — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. 777ze's determination on bonus abuse is final.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per round or event is Rs 2,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

All bets and wagers placed on 777ze are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections before confirmation. 777ze will not reverse or refund a correctly placed bet based on player error.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on 777ze — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other supported sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook section. In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or other exceptional circumstance, the applicable rules for that specific market will determine the outcome of affected bets.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games on 777ze use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are subject to both these Terms & Conditions and the rules of the specific game being played. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, 777ze will resolve the bet in accordance with the game's stated disconnection policy, which is available in the game rules section.

• 777ze reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within each game or market.
• Winnings from bets placed with real money funds are withdrawable subject to the standard verification requirements in Section 4.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ze platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 777ze, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or attempting match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in live or online casino games.
• Using the 777ze platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 777ze platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Abusing customer support staff verbally or in writing.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the platform for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported immediately and will be subject to reversal.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 777ze account.

All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations on the 777ze platform are the proprietary property of 777ze or its licensed content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any content from 777ze without prior written consent.
• Use any 777ze trademarks, logos, or brand elements without explicit authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on 777ze content or platform functionality.
• Use 777ze content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of 777ze's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ze, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the 777ze platform.

777ze does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 777ze will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

777ze shall not be liable for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, acts of God, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications network failures.

777ze collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at 777ze.pro/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on 777ze, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your identity documents for KYC verification purposes, your transaction history for compliance and anti-money laundering obligations, and your usage data for platform improvement and personalisation purposes.

777ze will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to what is necessary for platform operation, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and fraud prevention.

• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• You have failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money funds remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding compliance investigations. 777ze is not obligated to return funds where a compliance investigation is ongoing.

You may also close your 777ze account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any refund of real-money losses.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 777ze's operating jurisdiction. 777ze operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence.

You agree that any disputes arising out of your use of the 777ze platform shall first be submitted to 777ze's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 777ze will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 777ze's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority under which 777ze operates.

777ze reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777ze will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777ze platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
